The Jasmine ward
Jasmine ward is a 10 bedded ward with 4 emergency assessment beds.
We care for women with a range of different conditions including:
- Gynaecological oncology
- Patients with early pregnancy problems (less than 16 weeks gestation)
- Urological gynaecology
- General gynaecological emergencies
- Infertility
- General gynaecology
About our service
Jasmine Ward provides consultant led care, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of specialists.
Jasmine Ward is run by gynaecology Nurses and specialist Gynaecology Doctors.
We see women who have been referred to us acutely from Emergency Department, GP’s and other Specialities within the hospital and local community.
We care for patients attending for elective or emergency Gynaecology surgical procedures as well as patients experiencing gynaecological concerns.
Visiting times
Monday to Sunday:
- 11:00am to 1:00pm
- 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Please report to the nursing station before entering the bay/room. Visitors are limited to 2 at a time per bedside. This helps create a calm and peaceful environment for our patient’s recovery.
