Travel health advice and vaccinations
Many travel related infectious diseases are preventable by immunisation. It is important that travellers receive their immunisations at least 6-8 weeks prior to travel, especially if there is a complicated travel itinerary. Some types of malaria prophylaxis are also recommended to be taken prior to and following a return from travel abroad.
