We have a strong working relationship with local health and care partners, including Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, and mental health providers Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
We also work in collaboration with charitable organisations such as Age UK, Signpost for Carers, British Heart Foundation, Stroke Association and Dementia UK , shools and further education centres including Stockport College , and Healthwatch Stockport, an independent organisation working to help people have their say on local health and social care services.
