We are proud with our strong links with the armed forces, and are accredited with ‘Veteran Aware’ status, awarded by the Veterans Covenant Hospital Alliance.
We provide support for reservists who work at the Trust, providing extra paid days leave for reservists, and have supportive HR policies in place for veterans, Reserves, and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, as well as spouses and partners of those serving in the Armed Forces.
We also offer placements for Armed Forces personnel to gain NHS experience.
